Which photo works best
Faces close up, in focus and well lit.
One to four people, or your pet.
The original photo from your phone, not a screenshot.
A simple background works best: the people are what gets engraved.
Production, shipping & returns
Each globe is made to order. Production and shipping together take about 3 to 4 weeks, and every order ships with tracking.
For Christmas delivery, order by November 20.
Because it's personalised, it can't be returned if you change your mind. If it arrives damaged or the engraving is faulty, send us a photo within 14 days and we'll make you a new one for free.
Care
Clean the crystal with a soft, dry cloth.
Keep it away from direct sunlight: a crystal ball can focus the sun's rays.
It's a decorative light, not a toy. Keep it out of reach of small children.

Which photo works best?
A sharp photo with faces close up and good light. One to four people or a pet works best. Use the original photo from your phone rather than a screenshot. We check every photo, and if yours won't engrave well we'll email you before making it.
Can I add a name or a date?
Yes. Write it in the “Text to engrave” field (up to 30 characters) and it's engraved under the photo.
Will it look exactly like the preview?
The preview gives you an idea of the result. The real globe is laser-engraved in 3D, point by point, so the photo appears in shades of light inside the crystal, with more depth than a screen can show.
How long does it take?
Each globe is made to order. Production and shipping together take about 3 to 4 weeks. For Christmas delivery, order by November 20.
Which size should I choose?
The Classic globe is 6 cm (2.4 in), perfect for a bedside table or a desk. The Large globe is 8 cm (3.1 in): the photo is bigger and shows more detail, ideal for group or family photos.
How is it powered?
The wooden base lights up with a USB cable. Plug it into any USB charger or computer. A wall adapter isn't included.
Can I return it?
Because it's personalised just for you, it can't be returned if you change your mind. If it arrives damaged or the engraving is faulty, send us a photo within 14 days and we'll make you a new one for free.
What do you do with my photo?
We only use it to make your globe and share it only with our engraving workshop.
