FAQ
Everything you want to know
Which size do I need?
Measure around the widest part of your dog's chest, just behind the front legs, and compare it with the size guide. If your dog is in between two sizes, choose the larger one.
Will it arrive before Christmas?
Yes, if you order by December 3. We keep shipping after that date, but we can't guarantee delivery before the 25th.
Is it comfortable for my dog?
It's a light cape with adjustable straps under the chest and neck, so there are no legs to pull through. Let your dog get used to it for a few minutes, and always take it off if they seem uncomfortable.
Does it work for cats?
Size S fits small dogs and some calm cats. Most cats prefer not to wear costumes, so it's mainly designed for dogs.
How do I wash it?
Hand wash in cold water and let it air dry. Gently fluff Santa's beard with your fingers afterwards.
Can I exchange the size?
Yes. You have 30 days from delivery to return it. Write to us and we'll walk you through it.
